MDT Rush Delivery Driver Independent Contractor Agreement
Thank you for your interest in joining the MDT Team as a driver in the Washington DC metro area (DC, Virgina & Maryland). All MDT Employee drivers are required to obtain specific documents prior to starting work. The following items are required:

Insurance Policy & Insurance Card |
|
|
All drivers must be able to read DC, MD & VA maps |
|
|
Clean driving record |
|
|
Drivers are preferred to have 2-way radios or cell phone |
|
|
All drivers must complete all delivery work and turn in the next business day. |
